Prior to co-founding Zen, Chyuan & Co. (now Zen, Chyuan & Farliza), Ms. Teoh Hui Chyuan had immersed herself in a wide variety of legal practice areas, including but not limited to intellectual property dispute and registrations, family law and civil litigations. Her diligence and legal acumen has allowed her to provide her clients with excellence and resolution.

Aside from her substantial litigation background , she is also a Trademark Agent registered with the Malaysian Intellectual Property Office (MYIPO). Her qualifications and expertise allows her to excel in assisting corporate and businesses in managing intellectual property needs.

In Zen, Chyuan & Farliza, she aims to provide her client's the best services revolving around her practice area of intellectual property law, civil litigation, family law and probate matters.

LOH CIEN ZEN

Head of Litigation Department

Since the commencement of his legal career, our Mr. Loh Cien Zen actively practiced in the area of general civil litigation, representing both corporate and individual clients, which includes accepting pro-bono cases primarily in family disputes. He also undertakes an active role in his former firm to provide advisory services to his corporate clients. Immediately after his first year in practice, he was one of the youngest to be promoted as Senior Legal Associate, in which he was tasked to head the litigation department of his former firm.

As an active litigation lawyer, he had accumulated experience in conducting trials and hearings ranging from various matters in Magistrates Court to the Federal Court. His practice areas are focused in electricity supply disputes, corporate litigation and general civil litigation.

As the partner of Zen, Chyuan & Farliza, his practice area comprises of general civil litigation, energy supply disputes, corporate commercial litigation, contractual dispute, construction litigation. His practice area also extends to corporate advisory and conveyancing works.

KEN LOW HAI LIANG

Throughout his years in practice, Ken had since amassed an impressively huge portfolio and legal experience via the amount of case files he had handled. While practicing in Messrs Ben Chan, he had explored litigation cases spanning from Corporate, Franchise & Partnership Disputes, Construction Disputes, Corporate Fraud and Embezzlement, Criminal Forfeiture and Preliminary Criminal Matters, Probate, Professional Negligence Disputes, Constitutional Law and other general litigation matters. His litigation background had enabled him not only to be a capable counsel in Court, but also to be a viable advisor to Corporations and individual clients alike.

His current portfolio extends to being a general litigation practitioner and also consultant to corporations in relation to IPO (initial public offering), M&A (Mergers & Acquisition) and SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company).

With over 10 years of experience of diligent practice, our Ms Siti has amassed a huge portfolio in drafting Sale and Purchase Agreement and prepare relevant documents to complete the sale transaction from beginning until the end, familiar with different bank’s loan documentations such as LPPSA, RHB Bank Berhad, Public Bank Berhad, CIMB Islamic Berhad, Malayan Banking Berhad, Maybank Islamic Berhad, United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, AmBank (M) Berhad, Amanahraya Malaysia Berhad and etc. Apart from that, Ms Siti Farliza also been handling various kind of corporate agreement including Sale of Shares Agreement, Partnership Agreement, Sale of Business Agreement and etc.

In connection with her litigation practice, she also drafted Will for her client and subsequently help her client to execute the
Will upon their death as per their wish. Ms. Siti Farliza was exposed to the litigation practice such as Debt Recovery,
application for Letter of Administration and Grant of Probate, Divorce Petition, Bankruptcy and Winding Up Proceedings,
Construction Law, Accident Matters and etc.
